Compliance - Audits

1. Review all required records (MMS, USCG, DOT & EPA) for 2 years in file.
2. Perform a function test of all safety systems.
3. Drawing verification.
• Verify P&ID's, SAFE Charts and MMS Monthly testing to ensure accuracy.
• Verify Plot plans for accuracy.
• Verify Station Bill for accuracy.
4. Visual inspection to identify safety hazards and compliance issues.
5. Generate a detailed report of all discrepancies with references to appropriate regulatory documents.
