Mid-South Controls & Services Compliance Division, is pleased to announce the availability of the following services:

Mid-South File Archival and Management Services

• Ability to archive all pertinent files i.e.: Word doc's, AutoCAD files, Excel files, platform pictures/forms (you scan or we scan) etc.
• High-speed access via the "Internet".
• File access via 'any' web browser or FTP client.
• 128-bit security with encryption available.
• Allow access to only the Users you authorize.
• File Access via "any" Web Browser or FTP Client.
• Cost: $ per 100mb/month.

Mid-South Data Management Service:

• Tape Back-ups
  • On-demand or scheduled back-ups via SCSI 4mm DAT drives for initial data capture and daily changes.
• Security
  • The ability to secure the data using 128 bit security and NTFS file system to allow file level permission to minimize unwanted/unauthorized file transfers.
  • Ability to create individual user id's and passwords customized to clients requests.
• Customer Reports
  • All file/user access's can be logged and daily access reports can be generated upon request & delivered via E-mail, fax, or snail mail.
• Required Software
  • Files will be transferred via FTP protocols, allowing client uploads/downloads via WWW browsers or FTP client programs (available from freeware or shareware).
    
• Scanning Services
  • Hardcopies as large as 17" x 11" can be single pass scanned and converted into the file extension of your choice.
  • Client access requests can be made via phone or our Mid-South E-mail server.
