Mid-South Controls and Services, was incorporated in 1985 to serve worldwide oil, gas and petrochemical industries. Then in April 2001, Mid-South was acquired by Weatherford International and became a division. Mid-South specializes in the design, assembly, and service of safety process and well control systems. These control systems monitor important data such as temperature, pressure, flow, volume, level, vibration, static, etc. These control systems are either pneumatic, PLC, hydraulic, solar, or electrically powered.

Mid-South has a dedicated staff of professionally trained service and design personnel and full service facilities in the Gulf Coast region.
