A solar powered wellhead control system offers full wellhead control from a self-contained system that does not require gas or power. This system is a microprocessor based control system with high efficiency electro-hydraulic power unit. It is designed for remote locations, crude wells with low GOR, lacking gas supplies, and wells with high concentrations of undesirable hydrogen sulfide gas (sour). This system is capable of expansion for multi-well platforms. The system can also easily be adapted for SCADA RTU options.
